General repair work, consulting and service calls are billed at $75/hr.Billed
hours are prorated by the quarter hour.All work is subject to a two hour minimum charge,
if you are requesting a minor repair we encourage you to find other repairs or projects to make up the two hours.

Guarantee
Simply Home LLC guarantees the quality and workmanship
of all performed and paid for labor for a period of sixty (90) days.Our limited warranty
covers most labor and work, except: mold, mildew, moisture build up, indirect water infiltration from other parts of the structure,
and acts of God.Simply Home LLC does not asume libility for faulty manufactured
materials purchased by either the customer or Simply Home LLC.
